The Fiscal Year 2018 Annual Report highlights the State of Wisconsin's achievement towards its goal of spending 5% with MBEs and 1% with DVBs. In FY18 the State of Wisconsin spent approximately $2.6B for Chapter 16 Goods and Services, of which 4.57% or around $120M was spent with diverse MBE and DVB suppliers.
